U.S. Visa

Contact U.S. authorities (the U.S. Embassy in Riga) to find out entry requirements to U.S. As of November 17, 2008 citizens of Latvia holding biometric passports do not require a visa to enter the U.S. and qualify for admission into the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program. All others travelling from Latvia require a visa to enter the U.S.
