If you wish to request an official document issued in Latvia, please send three copies of the application form and a money order for $20.00 (per document; payable to the Embassy of Latvia) to the Embassy of Latvia, 2306 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, D.C., 20008. You can download the application form from Travel Document Systems. The document you will receive will be certified by Apostille (certification) for official use in the USA. If you do not need the requested document for official use in the USA, please send three copies of the application form and a money order for $10.00 (per document; payable to the Embassy of Latvia) to the Embassy. Please be aware it may take 2 to 3 months to receive the requested document.
