On April 25, following a meeting with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and a press conference at the National Press Club, President Valdis Zatlers travelled from Washington to Cleveland, Ohio, where he addessed the 57th Annual Congress of the American Latvian Association. In Cleveland he also presented the order of Three Stars, Latvia's highest honor, to a number of recipients. Prior to departing for Riga on April 26, President Zatlers visited the Cleveland Sculpture Garden. President Zatlers was on a working visit to Washington, DC and Cleveland from April 22-26.
