Ambassador Andrejs Pildegovics and other representatives from the Embassy of Latvia attended a reception in honor of Latvia's proclamation day, organized by Latvia's military representative Capt. Ilze Jekabsone. US Joint Forces commander General James Mattis was also present at the event, held on November 20 in Norfolk, Virginia.
