(above photo: actors meet with Andrejs Pildegovics at the Embassy of Latvia) On March 19 popular Latvian actors Mirdza Martinsone and Juris Kalnins visited the Embassy of Latvia. The actors are touring the United States with A.R. Gerny’s play "Love Letters." At the Embassy the actors met with Ambassador Andrejs Pildegovics, as well as the staff of the Embassy. The Washington area performance of "Love Letters" took place at the Latvian Center in Rockville, Maryland the evening of March 20(the play was performed in Latvian).
