 On July 25, 2007 at the White House, Mr. Andrejs Pildegovics presented his credentials to President George W. Bush, and on May 8, 2008 at the National Palace of Mexico presented his credentials to President Felipe Calderon. Prior to his appointment as Latvia's Ambassador to the US, Mr. Pildegovics served as Chief of Staff to President of Latvia Vaira Vike-Freiberga.

 From November 2007 to April 2010 Ambassador Riekstins served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia, he also served as Latvia's Ambassador to the U.S. from December 2004 - January 2007. He has also been State Secretary in Latvia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Latvia's Ambassador to Mexico and Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister. He is currently serving as Latvia's Ambassador to NATO in Brussels.

 Aivis Ronis was Latvia's Ambassador to the U.S. from June 2000 to September 2004. He also served as Latvia's Ambassador to Mexico, from 2002 to 2004. In 2010 he served as Latvia's Minister of Foreign Affairs and is currently Minister of Transport.

 Ambassador Ojars Kalnins served as Ambassador to the U.S. and Mexico from 1993-1999. He is currently a member of Latvia's Parliament and Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee.
