 On July 25, 2007 at the White House, Mr. Andrejs Pildegovics presented his credentials to President George W. Bush, and on May 8, 2008 at the National Palace of Mexico presented his credentials to President Felipe Calderon. Prior to his appointment as Latvia's Ambassador to the US, Mr. Pildegovics served as Chief of Staff to President of Latvia Vaira Vike-Freiberga.

 Ambassador Riekstins is currently Minister of Foreign Affiars of the Republic of Latvia. Ambassador Riekstins served as Latvia's Ambassador to the U.S. from December 2004 - January 2007. He was also Latvia's Ambassador to Mexico. Prior to his position as Ambassador to the United States, he served as State Secretary in Latvia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prior to his position as Foreign Minister, he was Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister.

 Aivis Ronis was Latvia's Ambassador to the U.S. from June 2000 until September 2004. He also served as Latvia's Ambassador to Mexico, from 2002 to 2004. He is currently working in the private sector in Latvia.

 Ambassador Ojars Kalnins served as Ambassador to the U.S. and Mexico from 1993-1999. He is currently the director of the Latvian Institute in Riga.
